The caller advised that 2 suspects were pulling door handles and got inside of the vehicle. When the suspects were observed they fled in a 4 door, black CTS Cadi. The removed items were a military backpack with clothing and a wallet from the center console. Units set up perimeter, however, suspects at large. Due to dew from morning the exterior of vehicle was unable to be processed for latent prints and the interior had a special texture finish that was also unable to be processed.
