NEW:  A Q&A SESSION HAS BEEN ADDED FOR 3:30 P.M. AND 6:30 P.M.

 

 

Please see the attached alternatives public workshop letter for the Project Development and Environment (PD&E) Study for the SW 10th Street Connector Project from Florida’s Turnpike/Sawgrass Expressway to SR 9/I-95 in Broward County, Florida.

 

At this meeting FDOT will be showing its proposals for the re-design of SW 10th Street.  The meeting is an open house format (meaning there is no formal presentation) and will last from 2:30 p.m. until 7:30 p.m.  FDOT representatives will be present to answer questions.

 

For those residents living in the Waterways community it is especially important that you attend and make your opinions known.  In the two alternatives being presented, there is a bridge in both options that is located directly in front of that community.  Residents of Independence Bay, Waterford Homes, Waterford Courtyard and Century Village are also highly encouraged to attend.

 

In fact all Deerfield Beach residents should attend as this project will affect the entire city for years to come.
