[Email] Recycling update

Please note that the recycling operations will resume on September 3.  The City Commission approved a new contract with Waste Management at a special meeting last night.  The contract was approved unanimously and provides significantly better terms to the City and its residents.  In addition, there will be a vigorous public outreach and education campaign meant to reduce contamination.  Information and tips for recycling will be disseminated shortly.
