[Mark Your Calendars]

Hello friends,

Happy Friday! I hope that everyone has had a great week. Spring is here and that means the flowers are in bloom at the Arboretum. I encourage you all to head out to the tree zoo and enjoy one of the prettiest places in Deerfield Beach.

Spring also means the hours at the beach have changed. Ocean Rescue staff have increased the hours of coverage in order to make sure that our public is protected. The City will have lifeguards at towers 1-4 from 9AM-7PM and at towers 5-9 from 9AM-5PM.

Finally, just a reminder that our next City Commission Meeting is scheduled for Tuesday, April 5, 2016 at 6:45PM at City Hall located at 150 NE Second Avenue, Deerfield Beach. I hope to see you all there.

Please remember if you have any questions or concerns you can always email me at bganz at deerfield-beach.com<mailto:bganz at deerfield-beach.com> or you can contact the City Manager's office at 954.480.4263.

Have a great weekend,

Bill Ganz
Commissioner
