identify significant infrastructure decisions that require the input from a public that understands the long-term implications of short-term decisions
give you a real opportunity to participate in the forming of public policy
briefly review the history of the planning, environmental studies, and next steps
prepare you for participation in future workshops that will lead to Public Hearings this Fall
